You have 2 business days to cancel your order, after which time custom pieces are non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-refundable, with the exception of manufacturer defects or damage. We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment and also require your inspection and signature upon delivery. However, if you discover a defect in your furniture, please contact us prior to signing acceptance of delivery.
